Code-of-Conduct

Principal 

  • Structure out a strategy and preplan to execute the vision and mission of the college
  • Ensure that the directions issued by the Department of Collegiate Education are effectively carried out by the college
  • Ensure the quality in education, academic, administrative activities
  • Promote healthy relationship between management and staff
  • Be prompt, honest, dynamic and meticulous in administration
  • Be efficient in monitoring and utilizing funds and resources
  • Constitute various committees and cells and appoint efficient coordinators for leading the committees and cells.
  • Endorse and forward communication to authorities of different committees and cells when required 
  • Empower the staff to reach their extreme potential by enhancing their knowledge through various training
  • Motivate the departments to organize FDP, seminar, webinar, workshop, add-on & value added courses, workshop and conferences
  • Motivate the staff and students to publish research articles in journals, and also make them to do funded research projects
  • Motivate the students to share their views and ideas, listen the students perception and set a supportive attitude.
  • Maintain the discipline, honesty, devotion, regularity and responsibility among each and everyone in the campus
  • Generate an atmosphere where students become an energetic and dynamic representative in the learning process, and progress lifetime learning skills.

 

Students

  • Ragging is strictly prohibited
  • Students should be punctual and the late comers are restricted at the college entrance itself
  • Every hour the students have attendance, be present inside the class on time
  • Students should wear their identity cards inside the campus and colleges bus daily
  • The students should be in proper dress code and hair groom otherwise they are not allowed to attend the class
  • Keep discipline inside the college premises
  • The students are advised to use the library, net lab during their free hours
  • Students are advised to utilize the college resources and facilities properly
  • Student should have at least 75% attendance, the students who have lack of attendance are not eligible for appearing in university examination
  • Student are responsible to make the campus clean and green
  • Student should not involve in any illegal and anti-social activities
  • Students are advised to participate in all the curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities without fail
  • Student should not take leave without prior permission
  • Students are responsible to protect the college properties

 

Teachers

  • Staff should be in decent, neat and humble dress code and hair groom, keep dignity and decorum both inside and outside the college premises.
  • Maintain honest, discipline and pride in teaching profession, be service oriented and follow professional ethics
  • Obey the rules and regulations of the college and contribute themselves in all the academic, non-academic, co-curricular, extra-curricular and extension activities
  • Staff should avail leave and permissions with prior intimation
  • Don’t  engage directly or indirectly in any trade or business
  • Ensure students safety and security, be a good counselor and roll model to the students
  • Motivate, help, encourage and assist the students in their learning process
  • Be plan, prepare and provide extempore lecture for the allotted subjects
  • Prepare video lectures, e-content, preparatory notebook and MCQ’s for the allotted subjects
  • Inculcate patriotism, moral, ethics, good attitude, behavior and discipline among students

 

Administrative Staff

  • Look after student’s admission, fees collection and examination in effective manner
  • Be aware of e-administration, college ERP and MobileApp
  • Behave respectfully and kindly with parents/guardians and students
  • Keep a kind cooperation and friendly relationship with faculty members, drivers and house keepers
  • perform all professional activities through proper channels and follow the institutional hierarchy 
  • should not involve in unethical practices. 
  • should not remain absent from duties without prior permission. 
  • should not engage directly or indirectly in any trade or business. 

 

House Keepers and Drivers

  • Drivers should follow the traffic rules, speed control and safety measures
  • Drivers always responsible for students’ safety during the journey
  • Drivers keep all the necessary documents with them such as driving license, RC book, Insurance , etc.,
  • House keepers give importance to hygiene and cleanliness of the college
  • Behave politely and gently with students, teachers, parents and administrative staff
  • develop co-operative and friendly relationship with faculty members.
